Thank you for serving as an exhibitor at the 2026 SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA CAREER EXPO sponsored by the Southwest Minnesota Workforce Board and the Southwest Initiative Foundation (SWIF). This collaborative event provides career exposure and exploration experiences to students so they will better understand the careers available in our region and the skills necessary to fulfill those careers. Business and industry participation is a CRITICAL component of this event. For planning and coordination purposes take a few moments to complete this exhibitor form. *Please note: INFORMATION FROM THE FIRST 8 ITEMS WILL BE PLACED IN AN ELECTRONIC EVENT PROGRAM.

  • Again in 2026 we will be utilizing the FREE FutureForward™ platform to make connections between students, businesses, and training partners at our upcoming event. If you attended our event last year your business already has a profile created for you! We simply ask that you log into your business profile (username is the business name you registered for the expo with, reset your password to one of your choosing) and update any information as well as add to your profile. We encourage you to do this prior to the event to ensure students visitng your profile get the most up to date information. 

    A QR code directing people to your FutureForward™ page will be displayed at your table and we will be sending students to find QR codes. Don’t miss this opportunity to interact.

  • Again in 2026 we will host a virtual meeting with exhibitors prior to the event to help prepare and answer any questions. Please watch for an invite closer to the event. 

     

  • Career Roadmap: A Powerful Workforce Development Tool

    Career Roadmaps will help high school students explore careers in your company or occupations in your industry. Visually map out career progression, required skills, and education pathways necessary for your company. Examples are shown at the bottom of this page. 

    When completing the form, aim for 10 jobs per section. To prevent clutter and keep it manageable for students, please limit your entries to 10 job titles per section. Remember, this form is intended to provide a general overview of the occupations at your company.
