Career Exploration Kits

Choosing a career path is one of the most important decisions a student will make. However, without hands-on experience, it can be difficult to know which careers align with their interests, talents, and skills.To bridge this gap, our Career Exploration Kits provide students with interactive, hands-on experiences in over 40 career fields, from welding and plumbing to accounting and childcare. These kits allow students to engage in real-world tasks, helping them explore potential career paths with confidence.

These kits are completely FREE to check out! Educators, career counselors, and community organizations can borrow them for use in classrooms, career fairs, and workshops.

Each kit must be returned within two weeks to ensure availability for others. Please fill out the request and check any equipment that you are requesting to check out. When submitted, the request will be reviewed. Following the review, a reply will be sent to your email approving or not approving the request. You will be responsible for pickup and delivery of the approved equipment rental.

Upon approval please email laura.bruns@swwc.org to coordinate pickup of equipment. Upon completion of your usage or the equipment please coordinate with Laura Bruns for return.
